Currently, there is a huge demand for quality,
   family oriented entertainment.

Every day we hear the need for it, so I won't
bore you with a tirade about the noxious stream
that's poisoning our children, our present, our
   future.

This year, Fables and Fairy Tales is the festival
theme, fertile ground for stories with timeless
morals and lessons to live by.

All work contains no graphic sex or violence,
   profanity, or vulgarity.
Pieces are five to seven minutes long, enabling
us to work them into a film and TV series.

We show the best fifty or so pieces at a two day
festival, held about six months after we sign up
our last member for the year. This way, everyone
   gets adequate production time.

All work must be original, and producers must
agree to terms of the distribution, which follow:

All dues paying members of wnyfilm.com split
fifty percent of the net profits from distribution
of the film and TV series, after production
       expenses are deducted.

The other fifty percent are split by the
producers whose work is featured in the film or
TV series, wnyfilm.com, and Squeaky Wheel.

So, the fifty percent to producers in the film is
split around fifteen ways; the fifty percent from
the TV series gets split around sixty ways.

The festival, film, and TV series will be
produced only when we reach at least two
thousand paid members, and wnyfilm.com owns
all unsold memberships of this year's total of
   2500.
